School Robotics Team won the All India Senior High Robotics twice

The School Robotics Team won the All India Senior High Robotics twice in which 150 Schools from all over India participated. The School team comprising of Rohit Rana, Rohit Sharma, Vidit Kishore, Divyang Gupta, J Sanjay and Dishant Arora represented India at the World Robotic Olympiad in Yokohama, Japan in 2008 and South Korea in 2009. Rohit Rana had delivered the welcome address to the distinguished delegates present in South Korea in 2009.

The students participated in Meri Baat Talk show in Doordarshan 14 times and won kudos for their confident approach and in-depth knowledge in topics of discussion.

Students have won prizes at the national level for innovative ideas in the field of Science & Technology and Energy Conservation.

The school team is now a force to reckon with in Handball, Basket Ball and Judo Championship with our students being on a winning spree for the past three years.

Rajat Adhikari’s painting had featured in the UNICEF calendar.

Yash Raj Kapil was adjudged the most versatile singer and won ‘Sitaron Ko Choona Hai’ reality show on REAL TV. Earlier he was among the final eighteen contestants in Sa Re Ga Ma Little Champs.

Mugdha Basu had represented India in the Youth Festival in China. She had won kudos for her Kathak Recital in the Art & Culture category.

The students have been doing exceedingly well in the Zonal & State Level contests for debates, recitation and declamation in both English and Hindi. The feather in the cap has been our debating team bagging the top slot in Delhi in the debate organized by the HT. Sadhika Nangia was adjudged the best speaker.

Our student Anirudh Koul participated in the National Level Science Exhibition in Bangalore. He received a letter of appreciation from the then President of India for his anti-mosquito software.
